The PDF-Template Generator allows you to produce any number of templates for following Modules: Accounts, Campaigns, Contacts, FAQ, Trouble Tickets, Invoice, Leads, Potentials, Price Books, Products, Projects, Purchase Order, Quotes, Sales Order, Service Contracts, Services, TimeSheet, Users, Vendors
Overwritable Templates for Business Letters
You can open the templates as overwritable templates for business letters, add, edit oder delete items and generate the pdf. You can also reference the pdf to the customer history under the documents-Tab.
PDF-Templates for Merging with Referencing
Add PDF-Templates for Merging with or without referencing in the Documents-Modul. Now you have all the documents you send to your customers in the costumer history.
Multiple Datasets for Merging done in the Background
You can merge multiple datasets with oder without referencing in the Documents-Modul. The Merge-Process will be done in the background.
You can minimize the Popup-Layer to work with the VTC-System during the merging-process. Even when you close the Browser or logout and later login in the VTC-System you get the minimized popup-Layer.
After the Merge-Process is finished you get one pdf-document for printing all datasets.
When you already checked the "referencing" it would be created a single-pdf document for each dataset and reference in the customer history in the Documents-Modul.
Automatic Translation of Labels
Automatic Translation of Global Labels and Modul Language Labels.
In this case you can create one template for all languages and the choosen lables where automatically translated in the choosen language.
Product Block Templates
You can create your own product block by defining the starting and ending point of the Product Block. Set the common fields for Products and Services.
Insert the available Product and Service Fields in your template.
You can also choose a predefined Product Block Template.
Page Format and Page Orientation
In the Settings-Tab you can adjust different Page Formats like A3, A4, A5, A6, Letter or Legal and different Page Orientation like Portrait or Landscape.
Ignored Picklist Values
You can adjust to ignore the picklist values. You can also adjust decimal point separator, decimal point number, thousands separator and so on.
Table of Contents (TOC)
You have the Possibility to automatically create Table of Contents (TOC). In this Case you can easily create professional looking Quotes for your Company.
HTML-Header and Footer Template
You can create your own HTML-Header Template and also your own HTML-Footer Template to use them in your different templates for the different modules.
Cover Page Template
You can create a Cover Page Template if it is necessary for using in the different templates for different modules.
