Since VTC is based on vtiger CRM, most standard plugins are also suitable for VTC.

Microsoft Outlook Integration
With vtiger CRM plug-in for Outlook, you can easily integrate your Outlook data into vtiger CRM.
Import emails and attachments into vtiger CRM, synchronize contacts between MS Outlook and vtiger CRM, or synchronize tasks and calendar entries between MS Outlook and vtiger CRM.
Firefox Toolbar - Create Records
You can add Leads, Contacts, Accounts, and Tickets from the Firefox web browser directly into vtiger CRM.
To create a lead from Firefox web browser, simply click the Create Lead button in the vtiger CRM toolbar.
After specifying the lead details in the Create Lead dialog, click the Save button to save them to the vtiger CRM database.
vtiger CRM plug-in for Microsoft Word®
With the vtiger CRM plug-in for Microsoft Word®, you can easily create mailings, envelopes, stickers/labels and other documents, based on the data stored in vtiger CRM.
Some of the Key Features are:
Create Microsoft Word® templates based on database fields from vtiger CRM. (leads, organizations, contacts, and tickets)
